We specialize in accessible residential architectural design. We also handle all aspects of residential architectural design related services; services such as planning, designing and remodeling
residential structures by applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning regulations,
building codes and building materials.
Our mission is to build an architectural design services brand that will become the number one choice for
residential accessible design services in Mobile, Alabama and surrounding areas. Our mission reflects our values: honesty, assistance, quality and teamwork.
Motif Design Associates, LLC is founded by Pocquilla J. McGruder McNeely. The organization is owned and managed by Mrs. McNeely with the assistance of Ms. Elizabeth Horn (Administrative Assistant). Mrs. McNeely has well over 20 years of experience working in various capacities within the architectural services industry.
Mrs. McNeely is a graduate of Tuskegee University School of Architecture and Construction Science where she earned her Bachelor of Architecture degree. Ms. Elizabeth Horn is a United States Navy Veteran with over 10 years of experience in the customer service and data entry industries. They both have the required experience and qualifications to build a world class design firm that serves the community's needs.
